March 3 -4, 2018, The University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong
ABOUT
The East Asian Graduate Student Symposium on the Learning Sciences 2018 is the first symposium for East-Asian graduate students working in the learning sciences. It extends the previous successful lab exchange programmes between Shizuoka University in Japan and the University of Hong Kong.
The symposium provides opportunities for graduate students and junior researchers to present their research and to have cross-exchange of ideas, as they interact with their peers from different groups working in the learning sciences. Senior academics from different universities in the region are attending. They will also provide useful feedback and mentoring for graduate students. To support the development of graduate students, we have also included several talks on different areas of the learning sciences as well as a writing workshop.
